Our Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes focus on life defense, physical fitness, and social skills in a fun and encouraging manner. Our curriculum helps to develop gross motor skills and simple situational awareness. As well as emphasizing discipline, self confidence, and the necessity of teamwork.
